Sky Regard believes in the innate intelligence of the human organism, and the natural desire to learn and progress. Sky helps individuals including those who– need clarity around relationships when things seem ‘off’, have dis-’ease’/stress in body/mind, want to understand themselves at a whole new level, want to be more balanced, healthier & feel better in their bodies, and/or want support in their professional pursuits.

Sky studied at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for certification in Transformational Life Coaching, Master Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. She completed Somatic Experiencing Practitioner certification for trauma healing from Foundation for Human Enrichment d.b.a. Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Institute. Sky trained with Rachael Jayne Groover & team for certification as a Feminine Presence teacher, and studied for business and entrepreneur coaching with Kendall Summerhawk, creator of Money, Marketing, and Soul Coaching program. Sky enjoys integrating her modalities for a customized, organic experience for supporting clients.

Sky likes helping others understand about body energy typing and heart archetypes as she values these as tools for fulfilling relationships with self and others, beginning in one’s own family.

She endorses freedom, as in ‘the truth will set you free,’ and self-care/self-responsibility, and champions that in herself and those she works with.
