Nikki is a certified hypnotherapist through SWIHA, and through the American Board of Hypnotherapy She is also a registered psychotherapist in the state of Colorado, and her specialty is psychosynthesis, or transpersonal development. She helps people in the spiritual aspect of their health as she knows how we often times we focus on health as eating well and exercising, but as we make great strides towards getting better about mental health, spiritual health is often ignored. She helps others implement a regular practice of meditation, as well as removing the blockages spiritually and mentally so that they can find a new way to live and nourish their soul thus leading to a healthy balanced life.
