I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Az since 2009 and got my certification to become a Yoga Teacher in 2019 at My Spirit of Yoga.

I combine these two modalities as well as my own intuitive insight to provide you with a session that will best fit your needs.

I am trained in a variety in Massage Therapy Modalities. Such as: Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage. I also specialize in One-on-One Yoga Sessions.

I am currently located in the Down Town Mesa, Az area, located within SW Herb & Gathering Place.
